Please find below our full terms and conditions for the MODART Gift Card:

1. The Modart Gift Card (original balance) is available with a value of AED 250, AED 500, or AED 1,000.

2. Only our official website and the physical store are authorized to sell the Modart Gift Card.

3. The Modart Gift Card may only be used as a method of payment for goods or purchases in stores and in the local currency in which they are denominated.

4. The Modart Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not, under any circumstances, transferable.

5. Every Modart Gift Card has a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.

6. The Modart gift card cannot be topped up once the original balance has been redeemed.

7. Modart SPD General Trading LLC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this gift card at any time, and any such change will be binding on the cardholder.

8. An unused gift card may not be redeemed for cash or used to buy another gift card. Gift cards cannot be purchased through Cash on Delivery or store credits.

9. Acceptance of The Modart Gift Card constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.

10. The Modart gift card is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or if it is used illegally without your consent in a manner otherwise prohibited by our policies and terms or any applicable law.

11. For lost, damaged, stolen, or any other illegal use of these cards, Modart SPD General Trading LLC does not accept any responsibility or liability.

12. Protecting your gift card from theft or illegal use is your responsibility.

13. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void gift cards without a refund, suspend or terminate your account, suspend or revoke the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a gift card has been obtained, used, or applied to a website account in a manner that is fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise violates the terms of this policy.

14. The Modart gift card value can be redeemed for multiple purchases. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. (Please keep your receipt) Any remaining balance on the gift card will be canceled on the expiration of the validity period.
