Where is my order?Once your order is confirmed, a separate email will be sent with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. For international orders, it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to be available.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?Please note that all orders are final once placed and cannot be modified or canceled. If you believe you selected the wrong style, color, or size, kindly email our Customer Service team at info@pghfashion.com. While we can’t guarantee changes, our team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Can I exchange for a different size?We currently offer exchanges for domestic orders only, which can be processed through our Returns Portal. Please be advised that all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

How can I return my order?Returns (UAE Orders): Most orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. To begin the return process and review our full return policy, please click here. Please note: the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Final Sale Items: Items labeled as “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with no exceptions. International Orders: All international purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
