As a believer of Avant-Garde contemporary designs, the collections are curated around the globe to the cities of Paris, Germany, Italy, Japan, and so on, eschewing the brands that everyone makes a beeline for in favor of specialist, niche collectibles from trade shows and fashion events. The choices are based on the materials' quality and the entirety of each design.

THE FOUNDER
Hoori Ghavimi, the owner and founder of Modart, has 30 years of experience in the arts and design industry. For over twenty years, Hoori has been well respected in the fields of fashion, art and interior design in the Middle East. Venturing into the world of retail, her innate talent sparks a desire to introduce the latest innovative women's fashion trends to the region. As an avid believer in Avant-Garde contemporary women's fashion, Hoori sought out brands fusing East and West aesthetics.
